The house take is name from the "La Rometta's" fountain o "Piccola Roma" placed inside the Villa D'Este's gardens, planned by the architect Pirro Ligorio in 1550.
The fountain show in allegorally the City of Rome with is rivers and, in a fantasy's miniature, the Tiber, the Anien, the Apennines, the Tiberine's island, and other main palace of the ancient Rome, situated in a panoramic view.
Its central position is ideal for discovering the secrets of the heart of the city and the attractions to be found in Tivoli, the Roman Province and The Anien's Valley, the Thermal baths of Rome and the city of Rome.
