The House
The Holiday House "La Rometta" consists in 6 rooms: a bedroom, a lounge with a fire-place and sofa bed, a kitchen, a terrace and double bathroom ( on request), for a total of 75m² inside and 15m² outside.
The Bedroom
This marvellous and spacious bedroom is filled by an wrought-iron bedroom, from the window you can gaze upon the main street of the Tivoli historical centre. We offer a dresser to put the cloth away.
The Lounge
The antique elements such as the rooftree and the inlaid wooden table, the stone's fire-place characterise this room. The comfort
is assurance by two modern sofa ( one's a sofa bed ). The light steals through 2 skylight, completely automate.
The Bathrooms
The house features two bathrooms: the basin's top of the nearest to the bedroom is in glass, and embellished with a Jacuzzi for 2 people, ideal to restore your body after long walks through the Tivoli centre.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully furnished: fridge, dish-washer, toaster, crockery, coffemaker, oven and microwave.
The Terrace
The crystal staircase lead to a terrace in the upper floor, where guests can enjoy meals or simply relax and sunbathe during the
summer.
Amongst the services included in the renting price are: air-conditioning, central heating, tv, safe, hairdryer, iron (on request), washing machine (on request), local and national calls, bed and bathroom linen.
